Most trainers are keenly aware that creating change is not a simple process. Traditional training methods, such as workshops seminars, books and multimedia, fall short when it comes to providing the application, accountability and time it takes to yield long term positive results. Despite this fact, trainers continue to use them because they haven't been able to find an alternative that works better. Where other training programs fail, coaching succeeds. The weakness of traditional training methods is that they fail to adress the 5 fundamental elements necessary to create lasting change in people's lives.
